(B1,i) Generate CCPM Reports

1. Open the left menu and select Administration, followed by Generate CCPM Reports.
2. Drop the Report dropdown list, select between Module Utilisation Report and Media Utilisation Report.
3. Click Generate beside the Report dropdown list to enter the respective Utilisation Report subpage.
4. Select the Owner Group and Month from the dropdown list.

5. Click Generate.

   Note: Depending on the size of the report, it may take some time for the report to be ready.

6. When the Report is ready, you will receive a Notification. Click the Bell icon on the header to download the report.

   Note: Please ensure you have enabled pop-ups before downloading the Assignment Report. You may refer to the Enable Pop-Ups guide on how you can enable pop-ups for your device.
