What can teachers do if they forget their passwords?
Teachers can reset their password using the Forgot Password link .
- I have issues related to provisioning accounts to staff.
For issues related to the provisioning of accounts to non-MIMS users, direct hires or flexi-adjunct teachers, schools can also email: SLS_OPS@moe.gov.sg.
Technical Issues
The Student Learning Space (SLS) is accessible through internet browsers on Windows PC, Mac, tablets and mobile devices.
Note: Due to the responsive nature of the site, the layout of the components on the website will appear differently on different devices.
The recommended operating systems and browsers as at 19 June 2024 are as follows:

Browser Extensions
If you are using a supported browser, but see a message that your browser is unsupported, you may be using a browser extension that interferes with browser detection.
Try disabling your browser extensions and see if the problem is resolved.

Cookies and Javascript
With all browsers, cookies and JavaScript should be enabled.
Cache and Browsing History
If you encounter any login issues, you will need to clear your cache and browsing history.
You may refer to this guide on how to clear your cache.
Slow Site Loading
If it takes a long time to load a page on SLS, try the following:
- Check that your internet connection is stable. Visit other websites to confirm whether you have internet connectivity issues. If the problem persists, you may wish to seek assistance from:
- Your school's Desktop Engineer (DE) (if the problem occurs in school)
- Internet Service Provider (ISP) (if the problem occurs at home)
- Ensure that your web browser has been updated to the latest version.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies and restart your web browser.
- Switch to another web browser that is supported.
